The instalments of the grant will be paid on the 30th of each month (except of December when the payment of the monthly instalment is anticipated to allow the closure operations of the financial year).
To communicate the method of payment you must fill in the ACCR Form (see the link below) and return it in one of the following ways:
a) applying for a "ticket" on the virtual desk (https://sportellovirtuale.unipi.it/ entering the "Alice Portal" credentials and uploading the ACCR Form
b) via Italian certified e-mail system inbox (PEC) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
The ACCR form must also be used in case of subsequent modification of the modalities of payment; In this case, in addition to submit the ACCR form you need to update your personal page in the Alice portal.

In order to grant the right transfer of the Phd grant, it is important to always and carefully verify the documents validity, so as to report or promptly revise possible deadlines.
To avoid delayed payments, it is necessary to give the following updated documentation by presenting a “ticket” at the online information desk (https://sportellovirtuale.unipi.it/) through your own access credentials from “Portale Alice”:
- Passport
- Visa
- Residency permit (or booking confirmation of the appointment at Questura (central police station))
It is fundamental to send all documents before the actual payment and with large anticipation, so as to allow the assigned office to take appropriate verification measures.
Even in case of scholarship recipients owning an Italian bank account, a proper check will still be made by the bank institution.
