How to apply

Nota Bene: Before registering read carefully the application process of the competition notice (see attachments at the bottom of the page).

The application procedure consists of the following steps:

1. registration of personal data on the www.studenti.unipi.it  website. Please bear in mind that if you have already registered, you may directly go to the following step;
2. registration for the application process on the www.studenti.unipi.it website. In order to start the application process, you must type in your personal data and then, print the form. This is the only way to guarantee a correct.
   
   During the online application, the following documents must be uploaded:
   • the curriculum together with any relevant documentation
   • a research project (only if indicated in the Attachment of the competition available at the bottom of the page)
   • the degree of study accompanied by the documents referred to in Article 3 of the competition notice (only for holders of a foreign degree)
   Failure to upload the curriculum and/or the research project is not a reason for exclusion. The candidate is required to submit separate curricula for each selection he/she is applying for. Sending only the curriculum does not mean registering for the competition notice.
   • references and their contact details (email addresses and telephone numbers) (only if indicated in the Attachment of the competition available at the bottom of the page)
   
   
3. fee payment of 30,00 euro for the application process by 29 May 2019. The personalized MAV form of payment must be used and printed at the end of the procedure. The MAV may be paid at any bank branch in Italy. Please, make sure to keep your fee payment receipt and to verify that the identifying code of the MAV corresponds to the code of the application code (these codes are listed in Attachment B, available below). As for the doctoral programmes with more than one competition notices, applicants need to pay only one fee.
