How to apply

Nota Bene: Before registering read carefully the application process of the competition notice and the practical guide (see both attachments at the bottom of the page).

The application procedure consists of the following steps:

1. registration of personal data on the www.studenti.unipi.it  website. Please bear in mind that if you have already registered, you may directly go to the following step;
2. registration for the application process on the www.studenti.unipi.it website. In order to start the application process, you must type in your personal data and then, print the form. This is the only way to guarantee a correct.
   
   During the online application, the following documents must be uploaded:
   • the curriculum together with any relevant documentation
   • a research project
   • the degree of study accompanied by the documents referred to in Article 3 of the competition notice (only for holders of a foreign degree)
   Failure to upload the curriculum and/or the research project is not a reason for exclusion. Sending only the curriculum does not mean registering for the competition notice.
3. fee payment of 60,00 euro for the application process by August 28^th, 2017. The personalized MAV form of payment must be used and printed at the end of the procedure. The MAV may be paid at any bank branch in Italy. Please, make sure to keep your fee payment receipt. If you paid the fee for the PhD in "Philology, Literature and Linguistics" (expired on July 19th, 2017), you have not to pay for this new competition.
