The certificates can be downloaded from "Alice, the online service portal for the students of the University of Pisa" (address https://www.studenti.unipi.it). Select the link "Certificates" on the left side of the screen. To print a certificate stating the achievement of the title, click on "Laurea"
Certificates can also be requested:
- directly to the office "Dottorati di ricerca", - Settore Laureati", largo Bruno Pontecorvo 3 (Edificio E) Pisa, during the office hours;
- by fax at number 0502210620, sending the CERT form duly completed in all its parts and enclosing a copy of a valid identification document;
- by surface mail to "Settore Laureati - Unità Dottorati di ricerca, Largo Pontecorvo 3, 56127 Pisa", sending the CERT form duly completed in all its parts and enclosing a copy of a valid identification document
- opening a "ticket" through the virtual desk "Sportello virtuale", and attaching the CERT form duly completed in all its parts.
The certificates can be:
- collected directly at the office "Dottorati di ricerca" during the office hours. Certificates can be collected by a third party, by presenting an authorization signed by the person concerned, together with a copy of a personal ID of the person concerned;
- sent by regular mail to the address indicated by the person concerned;
- transmitted as an attachment to the ticket open via the virtual desk (http://sportellovirtuale.unipi.it/)
NOTE:The public administrations and the providers of public services can neither require nor accept certificates, which have to be replaced by affidavits or by the act of recognition of certification (Art. 15 Law 12.11.2011, n. 183).
Therefore, every certificate will be issued with the statement: "This certificate can not be presented to public administrations or to private providers of public services," with the exception of the certificates requested for use abroad.
