Dear PhD students,
within the framework of the Master's programme in "Intellectual Property Valorisation for Knowledge Exchange & Impact" at the University of Bologna, a research group made up of Eleonora Ciocca (GSSI), Luigi Cristiano (IUSS School), Silvia DelRio (UniCA), Chiara Mazzi (UniFI) and Annalisa Turi (UniBA) is studying courses related to soft skills to figure out what would be the best training course to provide to PhD students, designing a course called "Soft and Complementary Skills for Entrepreneurship". The underlying idea is that transversal skills, typical of the entrepreneurial world (creativity, problem solving, adaptability etc.) reflect a proactive approach and can be used in various work environments to promote innovation, facing challenges and create value.
In order to help the investigation, we ask you to answer a short survey, which should take approximately 5 minutes.

Gentili dottorande e dottorandi,
nell'ambito del Master in "Intellectual Property Valorisation for Knowledge Exchange & Impact" dell'Università di Bologna, un gruppo di ricerca composto da Eleonora Ciocca (GSSI), Luigi Cristiano (Scuola IUSS), Silvia DelRio (UniCA), Chiara Mazzi (UniFI) e Annalisa Turi (UniBA) sta analizzando i corsi relativi alle soft skills per capire quale sarebbe il miglior percorso formativo da offrire ai dottorandi, progettando un corso chiamato "Soft and Complementary Skills for Entrepreneurship". L’idea sottostante è che le competenze trasversali, tipiche del mondo imprenditoriale (creatività, problem solving, adattabilità etc, ) riflettano un approccio proattivo e possano essere utilizzate in diversi ambienti lavorativi per promuovere l’innovazione, affrontare le sfide e creare valore.
